The brief of this exercise was to design a canopy for the given situation. The situation was fixed with respect to the size of the canopy but flexible with respect to the functional space around it.

The students were to explore different forms, materials and construction methods involved in Canopy Design.

The students applied knowledge of construction methods and materials while designing the form of the Canopy required. This led to an integrated learning for the students.
