Modernism has always been the time frame where different architectural styles had evolved. Some are carried on through the influences of the past and many as new individual ideologies. The studio addresses how different architects had devised their architectural styles through the use of technology and materials, new or evolved architectural elements through different selected architects during that time frame.
The studio tries to build up an understanding of different architects' ideologies through poster graphics. Decoding tries to simplify the graphic in terms of which architect, ideology, materials, aesthetics used to create the new architectural style. The decoding is purely based on the pre understanding of the movements and examples from the past, thus drawing a comparative before to know what all could be decoded.
