The Bibliothèque nationale de France Is a post modern repository that is a standing visage for the socialistic stance and sense of transparency the government is committed to.
The Book-Fold program of the structure reiterates on the role of the city being an open public possession and a forest zone at the focus builds up to a concentric approach of urbanism, human welfare and nature at the epicentre.
Dominique Perault’s ideation enhances the minimal exteriors and dead spaces with a strong network of lobbies and furniture layouts for the interiors, all of which resonate with the original narrative.
