To document and analyse landscape design in Asia was the main aim of the college project. Projects of various scales and typology were chosen and studied in terms of philosophy, planning and design from ancient times to contemporary. Through the project, various typologies of landscape design in Asia through time, philosophy and physical manifestations of landscape design were understood with analysis of processes involved in design. All the analysis were also with respect to architecture of the region. Study was conducted through documentation and study models at various scales.
